Lady Wyck Candle + Co. products are created and fulfilled by Lady Wyck Candle + Co.
Purchases may be processed through From Idea to Ink, both operating under Awaken and Return Enterprises.
For the purposes of this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer collectively to Lady Wyck Candle + Co., From Idea to Ink, and Awaken and Return Enterprises.
This policy applies regardless of the platform or point of purchase, including Etsy, Wix, Facebook, and Instagram.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise stated.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, package, and hand off your order to the shipping carrier. Processing time does not include transit time.
During high-volume periods, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Damaged Shipments

While we may assist with inquiries, we are not responsible for carrier delays or losses once the order has been shipped.
