All sales are final except as expressly outlined below. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Entity & Fulfillment Disclosure
Lady Wyck Candle + Co. products are created and fulfilled by Lady Wyck Candle + Co.
Purchases may be processed through From Idea to Ink, both operating under Awaken and Return Enterprises.
For the purposes of this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer collectively to Lady Wyck Candle + Co., From Idea to Ink, and Awaken and Return Enterprises.
This policy applies regardless of the platform or point of purchase, including Etsy, Wix, Facebook, and Instagram.
14-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted only within fourteen (14) days of delivery and only if all of the following conditions are met:

Item is unused, unburned, and unopened

Item is in original condition and original packaging

Proof of purchase is provided

Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
Any item that has been used, burned, altered, tampered with, or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Used or burned candles

Sale or clearance items
-
Custom or made-to-order products

Gift cards

Items returned after the 14-day window
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior approval.
To request a return, customers must contact
info@awakenandreturn.com
within 14 days of delivery.
Returns sent without authorization will be refused.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

We do not provide prepaid return labels

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments
Customers are strongly encouraged to use tracked and insured shipping. Shipping risk remains with the customer until the item is received and inspected.
Refunds
Once an authorized return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds apply to the product price only

Shipping, handling fees, and taxes are non-refundable
Refund processing times vary by payment provider and are outside our control.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us at
info@awakenandreturn.com
within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied. We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies for replacement or refund.
Policy Enforcement
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
Excessive or abusive return behavior may result in refusal of future orders.
