Returns & Refund Eligibility

Return Window: 14 calendar days from delivery date.
Refund Type: Full refund upon return of the book in unused, sellable condition.
Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

📘 E-Books & Digital Downloads
Return Window: 7 calendar days from purchase.
Refund Type: Full refund if the return request meets valid criteria (e.g. download issues, incorrect file, or accidental duplicate purchase).
Conditions:
Proof of issue must be provided.
No refunds will be given for completed or heavily used digital content.
Refund requests after 7 days will be denied.
Note: We reserve the right to deny refund requests for digital content at our discretion.

Return Window: 15 calendar days from delivery date.
Refund Type: Full refund if returned in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags (if applicable).
Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible.
Exclusions: Items returned worn, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
